Can I use my Algolia account with multiple domains, sites or applications?

Starting January 15th 2019, a separate license (i.e. 1 plan) is required for each domain and legal entity, except as provided under the terms of your plan.

This rule applies to two websites with the same domain but different subdomains. For example, a website URL in the format aaa.bbb.com would be considered a unique domain from ddd.bbb.com, which would also be unique from aaa.bbb.co.uk. Mobile apps associated with a domain would not require a separate license.

If you have an application that’s related to a domain, it’s not considered as a new domain. For example, an e-commerce website and a related mobile app are considered as a single domain. This also applies for voice and chat bot applications.
